I wish this could have been available from my dad, who died last year. If we had been able to keep him in his home, he'd still be here. He was robust enough for that. Unfortunately, as is the case often, once we moved him into a very nice retirement facility, he died within 6 months. I miss him terribly. I support this program wholeheartedly, I support Harris and Walz.

From Australia. I am 70 with a lot of illnesses. We have Home & Domestic Assistances for house cleaning & shopping, from a food program called " Meals on Wheel ", also doctors or Nurses Home Visits. We also have Seniors Social groups to join when we want and paid by local governments.

It's CHEAPER THAN NURSING HOMES...They have a better life & have less complications to diseases. Nursing home STARTED AT $7500... My grandpa didn't get the care he got when he was home. He died QUICKLY once in a home. He went from being pretty ok to ded in 10 weeks... He didn't suffer for years.

I started crying at this unexpectedly. I have two grandmothers who needed care and one passed because of something that happened to her in care and just the idea of expanding it so it doesn’t happen to other people’s grandmothers is amazing to me.
