It works better with the cam on the bottom, my only problem is keeping the cam there

As someone who does AV spaces for a living, these are one of my absolute favorite products. They really tie a room together. I like the Phillips one more though, does the same thing for 1/5 the cost and doesn’t have that ugly camera poking up

That camera white balance is WAY off. Need to turn that thing up a few notches, and turn down saturation.

I would buy a Philips TV with built-in Ambilight (background lighting) because these strips will hang down after a time for sure. The reviews show it.

So question, can you use these LEDs without the camera? I dont care for the fancy effects of having the LEDs memic the screen, but it seems the nicer LEDs always come with the camera
