Atlantis The Palm is a luxury resort hotel located on the artificial island "Palm Island" (Palm Jumeirah) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Atlantis The Palm is modeled on the legendary continent "Atlantis" and was completed on September 24, 2008. 2008Yen The grand opening was held on November 20th, and a large fireworks display was launched over the entire Palm Island.

The hotel has a total of 1,539 rooms. It also has a theme park and conference hall modeled after Atlantis.

Stayed here at Christmas last year and just wow. Dubai is full of nice hotels but this is iconic and really does feel that extra bit special. My favourite place on Earth.

Just a note- All Atlantis, The Palm guests who stay at the resort receive free admission to both the Lost Worlds aquarium, as well as the Aquadventure water park. (a AED349 per person savings)

Aquadventure is not just for families with kids- it also has the largest collection of intense water slides on Earth- ideal for young couples or adventure seekers of all ages.
