For the life of me, I cannot understand why poutine isn't super popular in the south. Just based on the ingredients it should be at every comfort food restaurant. French fries and cheese covered in brown gravy. Some even have sausage in it. Like seriously, this shit is amazing and practically no one has heard of it.

i live in quebec and this is a real thing some pizza restaurants do. there's a local place that does it and ive had it a few times. pretty good
