I would be as mad as him. He went down with it while it was called the Wicked Wench it sank and while Jack was dying he made a deal with Davy Jones making her rise once again and the fastest ship. The second time was with the Kraken and he went down with it (yes he did tried to run away but he came back). So him seeing Barbosa being alive while the Pearl is gone and being mad is very understandable.
