2020 Ram 1500 Black Screen

New ram and 12 screen not working

This fixed it for me. It worked on my 21 Ram 1500. The battery was replaced about six weeks ago. turns out the (+) & (-) connectors were in place but the 10mm nut could be been tighter for both. Problem solved and no need to look at fuses.

This also was impacting my a/c and two front power windows but not the powered side-view mirrors.

Easy fix. Perform a screen reset by holding the 2 knobs center bottoms for 30 secs, it will reset and restart

I'm currently having this problem with my 2022 12-in screen. They're saying they will not replace my radio unless they can duplicate it themselves. Even though I have six videos of where it does this stuff.

Ram/Dodge use cheap wire harnesses I had this issue in chrysler 300 and chargers upgrade the harness should fix
