and no i dont really use the syringe gun i feel its not as good compared to the outher 3 when i dont use the crossbow i usually use the blutsager because its like a more handy syringe gun

Word on the syringe gun: Not worse than blustsauger, if you are playing medic like a medic because the blutsauger destroys your passive regen. It can be good for "oh shit" situations for some quick health, but that is where its luster turns dull. If you AREN'T being a proper medic have a blast with the blutsauger. Also, if you aren't being a proper medic, please cut that out or pick another class. The syringe guns have their place, but that place is mostly niche and for having fun and mixing things up if you play a lot of medic. That said though, if you happen to be playing a lot of medic, it doesn't hurt to use the crossbow even when you aren't being serious - As they say, "Practice how you play."
