Miley Cyrus is truly an underrated singer/performer, and I would encourage you to watch/listen to other songs/performances of her if this one didn't seem good to you.

Update lol:
1. Smoking of any sort over an extended period of time will damage your vocal cords. So will overworking your voice for years as Miley has stated.
2. She had vocal surgery after a Reinke's edema diagnosis and she's learned more about her voice.
3. Plastic Hearts comes out on November 27th, 2020.

Honestly for obviously having trouble with her in-ear monitoring she did INSANELY well. Also it seems like on the box she was standing on there was no normal on stage monitor speaker that she could rely on when the in-ear failed. This still slaps so hard!
