Make all of your creatures board a crew 1 ship and use built to last, and some card that provides reach to have a indestructible damage sponge

What's the point of crewing so many creatures?

I remember back when InQuest made Vehicles for Magic the Gathering as a joke back in the late 90's..

While I'm excited about the vehicle mechanics, they should have at least lasted until the beginning of your next turn, or made so it becomes a weird reverse enchantment; instead of the vehicle becoming an aura, the creatures get attached to the vehicles until the vehicle leaves the field.

I can see a white and green Deck with the Light Side being this heavily militarized Army would like tanks catapult and other types of vehicles we'll just have to see how that plays out or not

Why would I crew a vehicle with a creature that is stronger than the vehicle?

Does any one else think that the crew number should represent the 'number of creatures' instead of 'total power of creatures'? That way the number could represent the number of seats or functions that need to be fulfilled on board for the vehicle to operate
