My experiences with the Luba 2 is that the robot is pretty awesome, but the app is clunky and has issues. I've also had some issues with my Luba not working as it should (not charging reliably, not resuming jobs after charging during a job), and trying to get tech support for it has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. I do believe they are working on both of these things, so hopefully they will continue to improve, but for now your experiences may vary greatly depending upon who you manage to get in contact with. After finally getting some help I'm hopeful that I can get my Luba working as it should but still not sure.

you can manufacture both wheels, so you should be able to choose which type that you want when ordering. or at least have the option as an accessory.

Will the 5000 series have the Omni wheels in the future?

Is there a plan to add smart home compatibility in a future OTA update? Particularly Apple HomeKit or at the very least Siri Shortcuts. I think this might be perfect for me but I really do want to be able to tell Siri to mow the lawn because it will make me laugh 😂

The only reason I haven’t bought one is because I have Tall Fescue grass which means it needs to be mowed higher than other grasses.. if this could mow higher then I would buy it quickly. Please make it cut higher and I will buy it

Can these wheels be fitted to the existing Luba 5000 as an option?

Yup, I had an order in for a Luba 2 with Amazon, but cancelled the order. I had two questions about after-sales service and the automated response just couldn't answer the questions at all. To top it off, the answer bot generated a repair ticket. I replied to cancel the ticket and I'm still getting emails about it. Honestly, I'm not interested in using facebook at all. Yeah, if I am having problems like this now, you can only imagine how it's gonna be when your Luba goes down and you don't have a back up mower. Is auto-bot gonna come over and mow the lawn?
