The U.S. is focusing on climate change again, now that President Joe Biden is in the White House. He and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau have promised to work together to tackle the issue.

Yep, and the CO₂ will still climb by about 3 ppm/year like it has every year regardless of policy. 1 ppm saved in gasoline is 1 ppm emitted in China making batteries.
