So I recently purchased the Samsung Gear S3 Frontier to pair with my Samsung Galaxy Note 8. I love smart watches as I've owned the Huawei watch before this one which I loved minus a few caveats(which I speak about in this video). Anyhow Do I love the Samsung Gear S3 in my First impressions? I got the S3 Frontier for my birthday last March. I use it everyday for workouts, shower, sleep, at work (electrician). Love it. Favorite watch I've ever owned.
Charge every 2 days, charges fast within 2 hrs. Enough time for shower and a meal, by the time you're ready to go, watch is 100%
Definitely, recommend glass screen protector for this one. Got a 3 pack for under $8 👍🏽 👍🏽

I like my Gear S3 Classic I've had it since may got it as a graduation gift. Every time someone looks at it their like ohhh wow that's a nice watch😆 it's very intuitive and very fast...now with the keyboard it's easier to use the bezel to type rather than using the keys. Also Samsung Pay works just as good as the phone. I love my watch it's the best and good with my Galaxy Note 8💯

I've had the Gear S3 since launch date, and I love it. I've also had the original Gear "Square one with a camera"! I hardly ever take it off the Gear S3. Don't forget to put the glass screen protector on it. Enjoy!

I picked up the s3 frontier LTE a few weeks ago after purchasing my note 8 and I love it. I use Samsung Pay nearly every day. Battery life is good I get close to 3 days on a full charge. The only thing I have a problem with is I can only use stock Samsung messenger app on my phone to get messages on my watch. The notification will show up on my watch if I use a different messenger app like Android messenger, but if I try to go through the thread and read multiple messages on the watch it'll give me a message to reinstall stock messenger. It's not a huge deal breaker since the only reason I use Android messenger is for GIFs. Im not sure if I'm just doing something wrong so, If you find a way around this please let us know on the next video please. Another THUMBS UP

Welcome to the Gear S3 fam! Heads up, if prompted to update your operating software to Tizen 3.0, DON'T, there's issues with battery drain. Other than that, the watch along with Tizen have been great for me. Think ya gonna see for yourself how good this watch is.

Nice vid. If you don't have version 3 Tiezen yet it gets even better when they update you. I love my Note 8 and Gear 3 combo! It works even better with version 3.

I've been enjoying my s3 frontier and was hesitant at first, because I thought it was too masculine, until I saw other videos here on YouTube showing colored bands and matching watch faces. I invested in replacement silicone bands in various colors to add a feminine touch to my frontier, along with cute watch faces. I love the functionality of the Frontier with my note 8 and I'm looking forward to receiving Tizen 3.0 update on my LTE version sometime soon. The Bluetooth versions of frontiers have the Tizen 3.0, which has the features of the gear sport (the other wearable I was considering), but the LTE versions still have Tizen 2.3.2.3 software.
