I did just this but it didn't Patch. The only difference is that the patch file was .ips instead of .ups, but that's how it came from the official page on pokecommunity, do you know why it doesn't work for me? This is the error message: "Failed to apply IPS patch: Couldn't write ROM"

I am trying to get renegade platinum. Why when I try to download the normal platinum is it a .zip instead of .nds? Having it as a .zip file does not allow me to use multipatch. Would really appreciate a reply, thanks!

hey the patch file wouldn't open in OpemEMU, its comes up as an .bps file not a gba. Any tips ?
