The patch file is SRM, not an ips file... how to proceed then?

Can you actually patch the Nintendo 64 game Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time so you can mute Navi?

While I do like Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time N64 gameplay and story and graphics and music. If there's one thing in the game I cannot stand it's Navi's awful annoying whiny voice when she shouts "Hey! Listen!", "Hello.", "Watch out!" and it is so freaking annoying to put up with her awful voice acting. I want a Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time Navi Mute patch so that I'll never have to hear her interrupt my gameplay ever again. Then I'll replay Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time N64 over and over.

Also I would like to patch my NES and SNES rpg games so I can get double experience points and make my character dash like in Final Fantasy 1 NES, Dragon Warrior 1, 2, 3, 4 and in Final Fantasy 4, Final Fantasy 6, Chrono Trigger because level grinding is so tedious and boring to do as a grown man. If I can apply the double experience patch and have my characters run like with Lufia 1 and 2, I would enjoy RPG games even more and would replay them more.
