Usually, if it happens once without punishment, it will happen again. I believe Call of duty is the biggest battleground between Microsoft and Sony and overall in this acquisition, of course not the only battleground but the biggest.

People might say "Sony did this or that." which is not relevant to this point. It is not relevant to the discussion. Either way, I believe this is a strong point Sony can use to block the acquisition, doesn't mean it will be blocked but a good point to bring up.

If Microsoft ruins call of duty, I don’t think I’ll ever touch halo again ever or even get a Xbox. Only good games they had Mcc collection, Forza, quantum break until they didn’t make a sequel. Sony just in general just makes better games. Mostly everything I can play on Xbox. I can play on PlayStation.

Why not bring back the many great franchises that sony had like syphon filter, killzone, resistance, socom??? But no they keep crying for a game that keeps getting worse every release. Smh.

This doesn't indicate anything but Microsoft saying now that we own Bethesda we are gonna make the games better or their best on implying quite a bit..unlike every call of duty, a third party game being advertised as best played on playstation literally marketing on "If you want to play the best versions of cod it's on playstation we made sure of it through contract"? This is literally clickbait BS every gamer alive knows Bethesda games don't run the best I wouldn't call it a bad thing that someone intends to make them better. It does however poke a hole in your timed exclusive claim for Starfeild.

Sony is so scared of losing all of its exclusive content when this deal is done. That is why the 10-year offer wasn't signed Xbox isn't willing to give them a leg up.

Any game that are well optimised for all platforms will always be worse on ps5. It is the weaker plastic box. And im pretty sure sony is doing the same thing. It's a little suspicious when sony send their devs to work on a third party title and it always not optimised for the series consoles.

The full quote was "first, better or best" which can be achieved by timed exclusivity, exclusive modes (something Sony enjoys right now), or as you are implying in the video, by making their product with an emphasis on development for the Xbox hardware at the detriment to other platforms. There is no evidence of the latter happening with any of Microsoft's multiplatform games.

Ps version getting damaged? You really said this. Well, of course Sony is worried as MS built the superior hardware that devs aren't currently taking advantage of. Sony knows that MS will leverage all 12TF of that console while using all the RDNA2 and DX12U (which PS doesn't possess) features to make a superior performing version. Only a fool would think that MS will spend billions to acquire a publisher like this and NOT make those games that take FULL advantage of their hardware when the competition can't. Hell the Nintendo version will be sub par but Nintendo isn't complaining about it because they understand they are at a hardware disadvantage. Their version will run just fine on their hardware but not to the level ofXbox. .
