Just pre-order the disk regular then once you have the game upgrade to deluxe because the physical copy has a code to upgrade for ten bucks just a little thing for people who are thinking about pre-ordering Marvel's Spider-Man 2

NEVER PREORDER. Especially in very hyped games cause you never know. I saved myself from hundreds of $$. First see how the game runs if it's consistent 60fps, then see if it has issues or any monetization stuff and finally check reviews without spoilers to get a glimpse how the game is overall so you'll draw your own opinion
