Rabbi thank you for sharing. Perhaps this would have ALSO been a great opportunity to explain Why Jewish men wear Kipas. Because the Jew is created for Hashem to Glorify and honor Him. So for those who do not know the Kipa is worn to remind Jews that there is a Holy G-d above who watches over them in Heaven. Ashkenazi Jewish men also have a fur hat that is called a shtreimel. Prices start at $3500. There is also symbolism behind it. When the A..Jews were oppressed they were only allowed the tails of animals because they were Jews. So this symbol of oppression was used to create something of honor. This is why it has so much value to the Jewish man who wears it. This is true for many things in human life. We are all different. I am a Messianic and I love the passion for the things of G-d demonstrated by this Rabbi.
