This is the new data that has been collected, of all states sudden increase and decrease in literacy rates☺️❤️ I searched in google, but surprised to see no Mizoram, no tripura, no pondicherry, no lakshadweep is weird🙄

The literacy radio calculation is different in Tamil nadu .In India if u know write and read your name u will be calculated as a educated one .but in Tamil nadu those who are entering the college only they will be calculated as a educated one .In Tamil nadu they almost crossed 49 percentage men and women going to every year .It is totally different from compare Indian literacy radio and even kerela also not in this list
