I think two main problems of today's society is:
1. Disrespect towards human life.
2. Using abortion as birth control.
Any extraordinary circumstances need to be addressed case by case. But legislate based on extraordinary cases for the majority is also wrong.

Why is it that we don’t see God’s people standing up fighting for the lives of babies aborted by HEALTHY mothers? It’s a sin to stand by and allow this to happen. Why have I seen so many Jews lately use great energy defending abortion for the very rare possibility that a mother’s life could be at risk? Please, friend, use your energy to fight for these unborn babies! HaShem redeemed you! I’ve watched your beautiful testimony! He’s given you a platform! Please, use your voice to save the lives of thousands and thousands of other babies! Any woman can claim mental health issues that having a baby would be too difficult mentally. Of course pregnancy and parenting are difficult! The mother’s mental health and circumstances isn’t the fault of the innocent baby. HaShem’s purity laws could be good for the whole world and would solve many problems. There are so many couples begging to adopt a baby. Many of them wait and wait and never get that opportunity.

Ameen, my Jewish brother. AMEEN. I think the question is not to abort or not to abort. The question or task is to create a society where kids are welcomed and sex between a man and a woman (so the act to create life) is so sacred that it shall not exist outside of the safety and sanctions of a marriage. We need to create a society where children are blessings and not burdens and where children have both parents as a norm not the exception.

If you wanna talk about Gods laws, abortion shouldn’t be permissible at all:
Thou shall not commit murder
However man wants to do this and that.
I say my body my choice around all medical decisions of a mother. All of it is between you and God.
But as far as I know, I would sacrifice my own self for the life of my child since so many doctors make mistakes and essentially you could be aborting another life that isn’t in our hands, technically it’s in Gods hands himself how things turn out.
God bless

From Mr Solomon's words the state of Texas is right on point regarding the time frame.

“For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them.”
‭‭Psalm‬ ‭139:13-16‬ ‭

You are promoting the lies of Satan.

The main issue I have is that many women don’t know they’re pregnant at such an early stage. What happens if those two criteria aren’t met until after the 40 days are up? Are there expert posukim who could rule on such a circumstance?

40 Days is never mentioned in the Torah.
Isaiah 44: 24 Thus says the Lord, your Redeemer, who formed you from the womb: “I am the Lord, who made all things, who alone stretched out the heavens...

The Talmud says 40 Days not the Torah. It is obvious that a child can is no more or less a human at 39 or 40 Days. A child is not simply "water" if it has a brain and it's own unique DNA. Murder is murder, sin is sin.

The first commandment is rather obvious and is mentioned in the Torah.

Naw, Bro. Why would we sacrifice what may be a normal kid because the mom is loopy and might whack herself?

Explain to me how a woman that unstable would suddenly normalize after offing her kid? Seems she might be even more unstable after such! And what about Jeremiah 1:5?

I as a gentile look toward your people to be a light upon the nations. Father trusted y’all with his Torah. Don’t squander that gift by attempting to negate His will by choosing political expediency over what’s right. Be well, Brother.

YOU ARE WRONG!
NO WHERE IN OUR LIVING GOD'S HOLY WORD IN THE BIBLE DOES GOD GIVE MAN THE AUTHORITY TO TAKE THE LIFE OF A BABY BOTH UNBORN AND BORN.
ANYONE WHO IS A PART OF OR HAS A ABORTION WILL STAND BEFORE OUR GOD AND ANSWER TO GOD FOR THEIR SIN!
