How To SUPERJUMP REZ in Overwatch 2 - A Quick Easy Guide!

Since I've been asked a lot, I thought I'd do a very quick video talking about how I superjump rez in Overwatch 2, since there seems to be a few techs you can do.

Overwatch 2 is a recently released Early Access game by Activison Blizzard and the sequel to the hit 2016 game! It's free to play with a battle pass and three new heroes - Sojourn, Kiriko and Junker Queen. On this youtube channel, I'll primarily be focusing on either fun or eductional Overwatch content

honestly wished they still kept the original version of superjump in as part of her kit so we had options instead of having to do this

Now that the devs have integrated SJ into Mercy's actual kit, rez should get some additional distance so players can still super jump rez without having to be this precise.

I am having a fun time adjusting to her new super jump. I have also discovered that if you hit crouch as you ga then hit space at the traditional distance, you can do a slingshot which is immensely useful for horizonal movement. You don't go far, but you go far enough to make cover. I also found that if you have the toggle on GA, it sometimes helps to get close/into range of heals and rez without slamming face first into the enemy backline. I basically hit shift then cancel with shift again just before I hit where I want to be. Has saved me so many times. This is old tech, but it still works well.

I dont like how you have to look up to super jump rez or super jump in general it’s kind of weird, but I appreciate your tutorial it helps a lot <3

Not even gonna lie, besides super jump resurrect being a bit hard to get down, the new mercy movement feels absolutely phenomenal, the amount of control you have while flying is awesome and the skill ceiling for it has drastically increased, I’m absolutely in love with mercy’s new movement

That sounds really nice. I managed to pull off a few superjump rezzes before, however they were purely accidential and I have no clue how. I will try this method next time I play Overwatch

The SJ changes feel like a solution to a problem that no one has. Moira is now more op than she's ever been, so I see that as a reasonable trade-off

They ruined Mercy in OW2 😫 Also, constantly getting dove by Genji Tracer Reaper is not fun. No stuns to stop them and 1 less tank means supports die faster unless you're Moira or Lucio

Her movement overall just feels off :( I hope I can adapt. I used to love slingshotting around and ga rezzing but I think I'll have too relearn it all for 2.

As cool as this is.. I cannot play mercy without getting Motion sickness with the new "I have to look where I'm jumping" part of SJ. As well as on top of that I get severe headaches from playing her as well. Farewell Angel Healer.

One thing I think they really need to change about the new GA is *_LET US SLINGSHOT DOWNWARDS_*
Why can't the slingshot be omnidirectional? I want to infuriate the enemy hitscans to no end :(

All that when they could just make 2 separate movement options for Mercy in the settings... the point of these changes was to make a "complicated combination of buttons" easier....
