Word of advice, after synchro 200 you don't need to keep buying battle data already. I got over 970 million battle data in unopened boxes that will never ever see the light of day.

Been doing it since launch. core dust is a consistent upgrade. Unlike gatcha

I bought them in the beginning, but stopped doing it. I just wanna collect all the waifus, especially the hard to get new ones, Pilgrim and limited etc.

I dont usually buy or prioritize to much on core dust back than. But after i saw my friend suffering collecting core dust, I've change my mind

I don't think if using gems to core dust is good decision for f2p. We using it for gacha nikkes 😂

tbh, I still won't buy them. I'm currently 229, and I'm f2p. I'll save as much as I can for characters instead of account progression

sorry but in my case: no. I care more about rolling for my harem instead of leveling up faster.

For all those who are thinking "all I wanna do is build my nikke harem" you do you. For those who are wondering if this is a good decision for f2p and those who haven't broken the 160 wall yet, take it from me who was buying out the shop while being f2p months before breaking the 160 wall: It's 100% worth it.

You don't necessarily have to farm the stages with core dust. I just farmed whatever I needed at the time. Once you're past 140 and definately after you hit 160, it's core dust all the way. All the late game content except special interception is gated by your level. You will definitely have a leg up on in area that over those who didn't buy the retries, Even if you break the 160 wall a little later

I started the game quite a bit after launch and went in blind so I didn't know about rerolling and all that but at least I found out about the core dust thing quickly.

people that "f2p" and are saving their "pulls", instead of letting it rot till the next top tier, spend some to make your foundation stronger so that when you get that next top tier character, you be happy that you spend a small amount of gems for better progression which in return results in gem income from clearing higher stages

Hi I'm a new player, started 2 weeks ago and I've been following your guides since Day 3 of me playing Nikke. I just bought the Bunny coins and ran the hard stages to get the core dust cases. I'm currently stuck at 120 --> 121 because of the 4.5k core dust requirement. Should I use my 200+ core dust cases to get over the wall or hold em? Thanks in advance!

IF you are F2P then i suggest you DON'T use your gems on the retries for events. Your goal is to get past the 160 wall ASAP because otherwise you WILL suffer since most content wants you to be lvl 200 or more.

Solo Raids give batteries which normally are only in union raids which happen once a month and if your characters aren't lvl 200 with tier 9 gear then you won't be getting much rewards from solo raid.

Towers require you have combat power and manufacturer based nikkes meaning that if your not lvl 200+ you can only get so far thereby cucking you out of gems you could get if your people were lvl 200.

PvP ranked gives gems every 2 weeks and if your squads aren't lvl 200+ and your aren't in the top 50 in your pvp group you get a measly 600 gems iirc which is a whopping 2 pulls every two weeks.

For these reasons if you are F2P I HIGHLY IMPLORE you to not go too hard on core dust farming. it is important yes but getting past the 160 cockblock wall is essential to stay relevant long term.
