Asylum is a protection for those who are persecuted in their countries due to their religion, race, gender, etc. As far as I'm concerned, this doesn't occur in China nor Venezuela. Furthermore, if they were genuinely seeking "asylum, " they would request it in the first safe country they entered. Instead, they cross through multiple countries to ask for "asylum" in the U.S.

Even though our country is controlled by liberals, they haven't been able to change asylum laws. As a result, these economic illegal immigrants are very unlikely to obtain "asylum" in the U.S. So, what will happen to these people? Will they stay permanently in this country illegally?
