For a nation that just started developing 3 decades ago is really difficult to innovate on its own in thin air . Its practically impossible. May be after 2 decades later, when a new generation of Chinese finally start innovating world class technology then IP laws will be more relevant . Chinese still needs to learn a lot before innovating on its own
