1:32 There is no current at the charge port when there is not a plugged *and even locked* connector. That's why you can safely connect any EV at an even 200 kW charge point under the rain. When you connect the plug, a protocol is used to check that all is fine, the connector is lock, and only then the charge starts. And you cannot unplug while charging, you must first ask the charge to stop, and when it is safe the charge port is unlock.

Love the video. But I think you missed one thing. In one of the interior shots you cansee for the first time the wireless charger placement. I think it is a good place because you an look at it pretty easily.

Cooled seats are definitely a must in Texas!

Cybertruck tailgate ramp sounds perfect for not just ATVs but rolling/pushing up heavy things

Hope they keep it

Someone is definitely getting scratched by those metal end pieces at the back of the Cybertruck

Cybertruckin' down the road.
Haulin' gear and a heavy load.
Juiced up last night, gone at daylight.
Family is ready to see new sights.
Plenty of room with some to spare.
So much power, none can compare.
A few hundred miles go by real quick.
Back into the campsite nice and slick.

Living in south Florida, ventilated seats are a must. Def the biggest downside with my model Y.

The #1 selling point for me? The ultra hard stainless steel exterior. Virtually door ding resistant, rust resistant and zero paint maintenance.

I don't think they plan on launching it to other markets anytime soon considering right now it's only made in the US and the US is by far the biggest pickup truck market. It will be several years before they sell it overseas and only if it does well in the US.

The Sub Trunk. A Millennium Falcon feature.

Not only would CCS2 not fit into that charge port, EU license plates would also not fit into the space in the rear because they would cover the reverse lights

Thank you for mentioning CCS2, I was wondering the same thing!

End of 2024 delivery, $80k for top spec with all the bells and whistles

Hum my prediction about pricing. I think follow. 1) we will never see a single motor variant. 2) The dual motor instead of 49k will be 59k and have ~ 321 Mile range. 3) The tri-motor will start at 79k and have 518 Mile Range. 4) Quad motor will start at 110k and have 479 Mile range.

Re: $70k-$90k Initial Pricing. That’s how I’m budgeting my 3-/4-motor & 1-/2-motor reservations. Expecting 2025 delivery (wide window thinking maybe 50% actual take rates). Call outs for +$30k from 3- to 4-motors seems a bit much, but given expected TSLA run ups, by then, price shouldn’t be an issue (higher the better on all counts) for me.

Manufacturers usually camo the final betas. Thats what i think Elon said was tradition when CT was first cited in camo.
