This is quite interesting, but i think it misses an important topic: the motivation for having both Bob and Alice make a coin. I presume the point is to agree that ie if they both guessed the same, the general coin toss is heads, but if they differed, it's tails. This feels like it is pretty significant, as without it, it feels like you're pulling the algorithm out of a hat (even more than it is already)

Else, cool! This isn't a perspective on this I've seen before.
