I would’ve done what the second girl did as a kid. My parents always told me never to give money to homeless people because threes were so many people that faked being homeless in our area. They said if we were at a shelter then I could but if we were on the street not too

I would’ve given him the cotton candy then the money, I know not all homeless men just went to buy drugs and stuff but that’s always been how I’ve been raised, give them food not money incase they just spend the money on stupid stuff 😭… idk 🤷‍♀️

Honestly I would do what the third boy did. Never give money to people who you don't know or aren't close to. Giving homeless/poor people food is okay because food goes into your stomach meaning it's basically worthless for your life except it's valuable to your stomach but you wouldn't possibly sell your stomach right? Food over money for homeless people.


Actual tip : not just for homeless people, but if you guys see monks begging for food, they are a real monk. If they are begging for money, DONT FALL FOR IT. it is a scam and no matter how kind you wanna be, only buy the monk food if bro rlly wants it.

The second girl didn't made fun of the homeless guy and was not rude she is just a child who came to get her candy got it and ate it she knew well not to talk to stranger and went her way

It’s all in the parenting but kids shouldn’t be responsible for adults. They should be able to be kids without judgement! This guy had the same opportunities as everyone else. Some people had it worse off and ended up better off just depends on how your feeling that day if you’d like to give or not!

Once I gave my money to a homeless man later went home told my mom expecting some praise turns out that’s fucking dangerous, there’s a lot of people pretending so personally I’m with the second girl, like I was told to ignore strangers

Where I live you can’t tell if someone is actually homeless since most people pretend so we are told to walk away. However I remember a few months ago I saw a man asking for some food so I went to the closest store and got him some food and drinks and a couple of snacks as well. I remember the way the man thanked me and the smile he had on his face. Even if people where I live pretend to be homeless for money I do not know what is happening in there lives therefore I always give something to help. I do not fully understand why parents tell kids to walk away from them where I live but sadly it happens too much.
