REAL ID: 6 months left!

Six months from today, new air travel ID requirements go into effect. If you're planning to upgrade your driver license or identification to an enhanced version, don't wait. Lines will only get longer as the May 7, 2025 deadline nears.

The reason they are doing this is cause they realized that in court, you have the opportunity to tell the Judge, when they ask you who you are, that it is burden of the court, as the state has never issued a Real Identification for identification purposes. A REAL ID strips of your ability to use COMMON LAW in the court room.
