వారు సంపాదించే ప్రతి రూపాయి అక్కడే ఖర్చు పెడుతూ రాష్ట్రానికి ఆదాయం కూడా ఇచ్చారు. చుట్టూ ప్రక్కల ఉన్న కూలివారికి, ట్రక్ డ్రైవర్లకు, ట్రాక్టర్లకు అన్నిటికీ పని దొరికింది.

ఇక కంపెనీల విషయానికి వస్తే నేను షేర్ చేసిన గత పోస్ట్ చూస్తే అక్కడ ఏమేమి ఒప్పందాలు చేసుకున్నారు అనేది అర్థం అవుతుంది.

I worked in Gannavaram Medha Towers.
Gannavaram is also part of Amaravati Metropolitan Project.

Mnc company 'HCL' came to Medha Towers. They occupied 2 of 4 floors in the Medha Towers. They employed around 3000 employees.
And other 9 small companies have 200 to 400 employees in each company.

Now all the small companies have gone back to Hyderabad. Except 2 or 3.
HCL built their own building and vacated Medha towers.

Now, Today Medha towers is so dull with very few companies in it.

Amaravathi will be an extension to vijayawada because land availability is less in vijayawada, which had international airport, biggest railway junction, biggest busstand, engineering colleges, biggest hospitals, only thing lacking is IT industry and ITES which ever government takes initiative in developing IT industry in Amaravathi or near vijayawada will see development in a big way, and also build IT industry in vizag which also had better infrastructure than vijayawada..and develop rayalseema as core manufacturing hub by providing water, power, roads, educational institutions, hospitals, ..jai hind..
