We are not here to just enjoy the sensory pleasures but to understand the deeper details of this creation and the Creator. All his life a man keeps chasing temporary joys of life. He never explores the bigger joys the divine can offer. Think out of ur body, experience life out of body. Meditation is the first step you need to take. Rest follows on its own once you master this art.
