I'm seeing in front. I live in an area called Newtown in Kolkata. I'm trying to buy a flat for last 2-3 yrs. but can't due to the same issue. It hurts a lot when you're struggling to find a home and there are hundreds of flats which are just locked and you can't afford it.

People acting like they wouldn't invest like this if they were richer like them. Everybody will do the same but blame others for doing it🤷🏻‍♂️

My dad also did the same thing buying flats as investment but rarely we stay there. We stay in our ancestral house only.🙂

Wrong theory these flats are those who purchased for investment purposes by newly upper middle class and upper lower class people

I was searching for apartment in bangalore.. There was a whole 10 storey apartment that I tried to look into but was not allowed. Apparently the entire building is owned by NRIs and they do not even rent it. Adhar to property linking could curb this rampant corruption

Yes Rich people deserve what they have, either by luck or by hardwork.

Consider this scenario: As your influence grows, you may find yourself achieving significant financial success. Let's say in a few years, you've amassed considerable wealth through your hard work, smart investments, and the opportunities that came with your growing platform. You might own a spacious home, a couple of cars, and have a healthy investment portfolio.
Now imagine if someone were to compile a list of successful influencers, including you, detailing your net worth and assets. They then publish this list, commenting to their followers: 'See? These influencers are rich because they're hoarding resources that could belong to you. Their wealth is the reason you're struggling.'
How would you feel about this characterization? Would you consider it a fair assessment of your journey and the value you've created? Or would you feel it grossly oversimplifies your story, ignoring the risks you took, the long hours you worked, and the value you provided to your audience?
This example illustrates how the narrative you're currently promoting could be turned against you or anyone else who achieves financial success. It's a perspective that fails to account for the complexities of wealth creation and distribution in a modern economy.

The problem is wealth is not something which can be calculated in exact terms, wealth is based on value which is very subjective and on the other hand wealth is also something which is created.

Government itself is responsible for real estate mess, there's a huge difference in actual price and registry price difference amount is paid in cash

Only concrete house hona development ka marking nahi honi chahiye. Mitti ke ghar bhi ache hote hain. 1crore ghar khali pade toh kya hua. Sabki apni apni life hai.
Basic amenities agar har jagah available hoti hain toh koi bhi cities mein ghar khali rahenge hi.

80-20 principle is a fact of statistics. 20% subjects cause 80% observations. E.g. 20% categories cause 80% issues in software or 20% people cause 80% wealth in the economy.

A man in his village did struggle and become rich and then his neighbours said that he should give some of his wealth to poor 😅😅😅

People think they have rights to tell others what to do with their wealth and what not to
What a irony, their ancestors ignored the struggle life and lived like a looser, ignored education and spent their life selling their ancestral land, gave birth many children

And now they become adults and saying they took everthing from us 😂😂😂😂
