Chinese traffic police explains traffic regulations to three foreigners in fluent English

A traffic accident involving three foreigners occurred on Taoyuan Street in Nanchang City, east China’s Jiangxi Province on June 11. Traffic police arrived immediately at the scene and explained China’s traffic regulations in fluent English to the three foreigners.

Indian is confused why there are no cattle walking on the road, so they don't know the rule. In India, the road is not separated by different lane, so the car always crashes and squeeze into a lane, no traffic regulation can be guaranteed. The road condition is worse than Nigeria. But they will become superpower very soon near 2020 so the problem will be fixed and disappeared tomorrow.

Well just all east Asians are not CHINESE. so all brownish or dark skin people are not Indians. But it is the headlines that makes me laugh " fluent English" .but it is true that one can understand Chinese language but can't understand when Chinese people speak in English 😂😂😂
