I've been learning Japanese for 3 years, but this is by far the most helpful video I have seen!

Please do more like this!! Let's have "Japanese in 12" again. Because of the longer time, you looked more relaxed, you were able to repeat to reinforce what you said and it was more of a lesson without being too long.

"I'm gonna have to borrow another three minutes"

Goes on for another seven

also, you are such a good teacher that 5 minutes might be too short!

Your videos are very helpful for someone, like me, who can't go to Japan or isn't in Japan to learn Japanese.

This video was so helpful! I already knew the basics with desu and ka and some of the animals but the janai and jaa was new and I really appreciate it :D thank you! And it's OK and BETTER when you make longer videos :) just change the name into Japanese in 10 ;)

After going through many of your videos (past and present) I realized that this is the only one that I really learned from.
It's because in this video you started with something very helpful and basic and then slowly added on to it to form proper questions/answers. All the other videos seem to be very random in their information, which leads to a zero retention rate (for me at least)
Do your books focus more on starting from the beginning and slowly working forward?

This is the first JFZ video I've ever watched and I find it funny remembering how I struggled over simple sentences

Thank you!
I learned dewa arimasen and I always felt so clumsy trying to use it in my sentences. Janai des is so much easier and more comfortable to say, especially as a beginner

This should be lesson #1. This may be the best single beginner lesson I've seen. Arigatou George!
