There is no excuse. Burning Blood SHOULD get dubbed. Because Funimation dubbed Unlimited Adventure for the Wii in 2008 and at that time in North America the anime was still not up to CP9 Arc or Franky but we still got the game dubbed anyways. PLEASE BANDAI NAMCO!

The 1 v 1 feels like they're going back to OPPW1 routes, which is SOO COOL by me because the boss fights in that are STILL hands down the best for me (especially on higher difficulty).

yeah this should be dubbed, also why cant they release an update that Dubs Pirate warriors and dont say it cant be done while the game is out all they have tp do is fet audio from the anime or the cast it sel

At this point, it's safe to say that Bandai Namco is really just getting out of their way to sabotage our chances of ever getting Mobile Suit Gundam: Extreme VS.

I can forgive Rise of Incarnates being a thing because of these factors:
1. The last time we got a Gundam 2V2 game was Mobile Suit Gundam: Federation vs Zeon DX and that was 13 years ago.
2. Unlike J Stars and One Piece: Burning Blood, Rise of Incarnates is actually made by the current Gundam VS team.
3. Having played it myself, it's actually pretty damn fun if you can get some friends to lobby up.

Now, the notion that RoI was created to see if Gundam games can do well in the western world would make for a believable story, but it isn't. If Bamco actually gave a fuck about Gundam games in the western world, they wouldn't market J-Stars Victory VS over ROI, the former looking as if Spike Chunsoft took a glance at a Gundam game and thought they could do a game like that, only to fail in verticality, level design... generally everything that made the Gundam VS series great.

The marketing of J-Stars is the perfect way to get people to dislike the 2V2 subgenre of fighting games. From a sales standpoint, the vocal criticisms of J-Stars combined with the low userbase for Rise of Incarnates would make for the perfect excuse for Bandai Namco to never localize a Gundam game.

And now we have One Piece: Burning Blood. You know, in case there's still hope for a Gundam game after J-Stars' being.
