An iOS 12.4 and iOS 13 speed test would be very great on the oldest supported iPhone (the 6s/SE), and latest (XS/XS Max).

Personally iOS 13 beta has been much better than iOS 11 beta. From my experience so far 13 beta has been better than the final release of 11. iOS 11 was a mess in beta form and defintely not their best release in final form.
