I'm an American, so I might be missing something here. Wasn't Russia the one that committed the initial provocation when it's military overran Ukraine's border a couple years ago? I understand Putin is referring to this war as a "special operation", but isn't Ukraine's current provocation also a "special operation"? In other words, "don't hate the player, hate the game"!
