So, here's the thing. Percy could spar with most all of the Olympians and win...until they got board and just sized up to the size of a mountain, or vaporized him instantly, or turned him into a dolphin. Point being, Percy loses to any full fledged god that isn't holding back. Maybe not immediately, but the best he could do would be to knock them on their arse for a little bit.
