Making a DIY Drawstring Leather Pouch for Fantasy or Medieval Costumes, Cosplay, LARP or DnD

Make your own leather dice bag or coin pouch using scrap leather. Don't have a sewing machine? This pattern can also be sewn by hand. Just punch stitching holes with an awl or nail and sew using a simple backstitch with heavy duty thread.

Materials:
Sewing machine (recommended, not required) with 18ga or leather needle
Leather (3-5 oz) scraps in 3 colors or 1 square foot of 1 color
Leather cord or shoelace, 20 inches long
Tapestry needle
Sharp scissors
Pen/sharpie fine point
