K239 Chunmoo K-MLRS was developed to replace K136 Kooryong MLRS that has been in service with the Republic of Korea Army since the 1980s. Chunmoo is capable of firing 130mm, 227mm, and guided 239-mm rockets. 130mm rockets have range of 36 km, 227mm rockets have range of 80 km, and GPS-guided 239mm rockets have range of 90 km.

Damn! Finland has M270 MLRS, but for wheeled shit this has twice the firepower of HIMARS. Then we need a few Archers to complement our K9 Thunders.

I like it. I wonder how it compair to the HIMARS system. Is it on par or have better range accuracy ect? Does Anyone know the difference as comparing the south Korean rocket system to HIMARS?

왜 한국은 공개하질 않는 걸까?
600mm KTSSM 열압력탄(thermobaric) 180km 짜리 발사할 수 있는데...

사용이 제한적이고 치명적인 미사일 체계는 잘 안밝히는듯.

사실 M270의 ATCMS도 DPICM이라 공개적으론 더 이상 생산을 안하는듯. 우리나라는 290km사거리로 만드는 중이고....
