Just picked it up for my ranger, rogue when I saw that ability and it does nasty damage

It also stacks. You can have 2 of these daggers and a bow. Combine with the murderous aura from the chest piece and it gets silly. A fighter can put out 200-300 damage easily with one action.

Its not really secret. Every equiped item will work together with the other items.
