2:14 I find it weird that Makiko Ohmoto’s voice went uncredited, and is only used in one spot of the entire game. This would be followed by a gap of mainline Kirby games where he has no voice, until Super Star Ultra (briefly, his second Mike shout in that game is closely similar) and Return to Dream Land.

When I played Kirby NDL and Kirby Squak Squad, I compared the two due to only those I played ever since.

I liked the idea of some abilities being merged together and others given more ability.
Like Spark gaining a Charge ability to make a bigger Shockwave, or with the ability to launch a Shock Ball towards enemies.
Or Fire gaining ability to blow fire AND turn into a fireball rather than be two separate.

Or some abilities changed up entire like Crash; now just Bomb, I really liked Crash, such a unique ability with the possibility to 1 shot certain mini bosses. Or like UFO, same ability, couldn't bring it over to other stages in NDL, making it so rare. And the sounds used for that ability were so much better than in Squeak Squad, but at least you got to keep the ability through the stage select before you run into ladders.
