This is good idea! But sadly there was one court in my country (I am not from US where everything is possible) where female hit small kid on pavement where cars werent even allowed to be. She had this big SUV. And she has set up her seating position to "sit as low as possible" so she just couldnt see in front of her car. And verdict was that it wasnt drivers fault.

Without fact she killed a child, she violated 3 laws by just going into this pavement.

And reason why she did that? She was lazy to walk 100m with her grocery...

If she obeyed this safety car tip, she wouldnt be able to even start a car, because she just cant see forward.
