I realized ive never wondered what bucephalus means. So i looked it up.

The horse's name is a combination of the Greek words "bous, " meaning ox and "kephalos, " meaning head.

So he literally named his horse "bullheaded" or "stubborn"

Stubborn is also a great horse name.

I had a similar experience with the cashier at my favorite hobby store. I asked him what the atomic number of francium was.
