Crazy to think I just got my shimano tiagra 30w for about 100$ a couple weeks ago and it’s still in almost perfect condition. Pawnshop didn’t know what they had. One search 556$ instantly popped up. I plan to spend 3-500$ getting it spooled up with braid

Why monofilament line on the top? Why not fill the whole reel with braid?

Careful with the flame and the braid. The heat can make weak spot.

w bluegill rod, just be careful, i was fishing with my grandpa and a big blue gill bit the hook. It dragged him into the water. That was a very sad day, Now we only fish for little fish like great white sharks, or blue fin tuna
