What is FType Mk2 Downlight?
Available as Flat, Regressed, and Adjustable downlight fixtures. Our new integrated LED downlight is ideal for retrofit applications where contractors or customers would like to add downlights to a pre-installed ceiling. As an upgrade from a pendant light fixture. Or replace older downlights previously installed that are less efficient, looking tired old, faulty, or not working.

Our electrician fitted 36 of these and so far we’ve returned 15. I have another 4 that need replacing but the MK1 has been discontinued, are the Mk2 backwards compatible, as in can they been swapped out like for like with a mk1? If I have a mix of mk2 and mk1 in the same room would you notice? The whole lot need replacing ideally!

Hope you’ve fixed the reliability issues! Cost me a fortune

Have you fixed the problem from mk1 units flickering and slow start? 2 of 12 F types I've put in have failed after only a few months
