I love the 💚 Green color next to All of the chrome details. The interior style is very interesting. 🇺🇸

In his young adult years dad had a yellow Buick convertible about that vintage that took us on Sunday drives. In his retirement he purchased 2 1953 Buick convertible. One of these bought from a one owners family with about 50, 000 miles. It was a special order with a bronze plaque on the steering wheel with the original owners name on it. Before passing my father sold everything to go into a retirement home.

The 1953 model was even more beautiful.

Jay Leno has a 55 Roadmaster. Roush built 572ci. JL garage shows him and Dennis Gauge driving around burning the tires. I remember standing in the back of Dad's 56 hard top. Could even lay in the package shelf, near the rear glass. I'm really enjoying seeing things on the phone now days. How it can really have me mentally switch time travel instantly. Me and of course millions of others, had photographs and rarely video to capture the moments and objects. I guess with phones they're not making images on film, but can transfer to machine that digital image that then produces photographs. I remember the Polaroid SX 70 as a teen, that had the instant film battery pack in one. The camera was about 1in.x 11in. 1 minute after the photo came out, it was complete. 50 years ago such cameras were available. 70 years ago cars like this were popular. You'll see them as patrol cars on the era TV show, Black & White film, Highway Patrol.

Este prototipo de Buick Special fue el antecesor de los modelos Century que salieron del 55 al 57. Este modelo en particular, es un claro ejemplo de la evolución del concepto Buick de los siguientes 3 años en materia de diseño. ¡¡ precioso!!

What's the difference between a nail head and a regular head? Don't know why they always put that ugly spare tire on the back

It all works . . . except the continental kit. That's just ugly, and it isn't any better in chrome.

'54 was a great year. Mom & dad disagree.

I'm leaning towards kinda ugly. The 58 was a total tank and way cooler looking.

WTF do these people add those tacky continental kits?

It was their flagship model...and
the mill only has 200 ponies...
C'mon they couldn't put a blowe on the side and a better cam and headers? Typical GM arrogant
