No material's earned its keep on the downhill circuit like our M5 aluminum, and you can sum up all the reasons with stiffness, weight, and strength. That's why we made our Demo 8 from it. Other than that, it's still the same bike that took four DH World Cup wins last year, and it's the same bike that'll carry Loïc Bruni's Rainbow Jersey across the line this season. Go ahead and beat it up—the Demo Alloy can take it.
