I diet on 300grams of carbs and love it. Carbs are the body's preferred source of energy why deplete yourself ?

When counting macros, i found it easier to eat food of choice when on low fats and higher carbs because there are alot of foods now that are fat free like sour cream and cheese

I don’t know what to make of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar. I do it ONCE A tablespoons to a glass of water. Tastes lousy....don’t know if it helps me to lose weight or not...I’m sure the Bragg Company loves the weight loss hype. Opionons all all over the place in respect it’s health aspects...Still....it’s worth the MONEY to stick with it.

For performance carbs I think are the way, but general weight loss and feeling better I think lower carbs are better.

I do 45% carbs 30% fat and 25% protein. But I always end up going over in fats and under in carbs.
