Shungite Water

Today I share some aspects why clean & natrual water is crucial for our health. To boost the quality of my water I use Shungite stones.

This crystal is found in the karelian mountains in Russia. Early 1714 Zar Peter sent wounded soldiers to a source where the Shungite was found for healing. He built a castle there which later became a health sanatorium. Than every soldier had to carry such a stone to cleanse water. They even used the stone to prepare their healing bath water.

In the 1920 scientists observed animals preferably drank the water which was running over shungite stones before. The crystal contains of 95% carbon. The other 5% contain of sicilium, aluminium, iron, magnesium, potassium, sulphur, calcium, phosphor and other minerals.

Due to the high degree of ion exchange, it absorbs pollution within the human organism and regulates the inner balance in the body. It also helps to reduce stress and has rejuvinating benefits.

I also water my plants with the shungite water, which boosts their growth. It even protects from EMF, a small shungite could be taped at the back of a telefon or wifi router.
