I ordered shungite from Karelia about a year ago - after stumbling on this video I put it on my hip in 2 places, NO pain this morning. Also used to have a Karelian Bear Dog & out of all the dogs I've had in my life I can tell you this breed vibrates on a whole different level than other breeds.
