This one is working it's way up to my favorite. Such a masterpiece, and how the tension and intensity only grows throughout the song is such an amazing way to symbolize a panic attack or depressive episode. This is very, very emotionally chargeed and I'm all for it. The best one word description of it is desperation. Even the cover art is in her own home at night, which is why I assume this is one of those spirals that gets you late at night for no reason in particular. Especially sonce the title of this is so different than your others... It's a genuine and dreadful question we all tend to ask ourselves on bad days, a feeling we'll never quite shake. Constantly looming over us, no matter how far we bury it down. Waiting to strike at our most vulnerable. Eating us apart from the inside. This feeling of doubt is nothing but a curse that drags us down.

Just keep going, everyone. No matter how bad it gets. Life won't always be this way. It has ups and downs, but it will never stay down forever. Just remember the good when it gets bad again.i believe in you.

I just found this and put it on for some background ambiance but god damn.
Before I knew it the notes the piano played at around 1:40 took all my attention and from 2 minutes onward I felt it grab my soul.
Then that noise and the glitching going into the calmer part followed by the breakdown.
By the very end of the song I was in tears. I love everything about it.
